          The carrier who takes on the transfer sets the price based on route, number of passengers, vehicle type and date. Prices on the site are estimates; the exact price is given to you before the journey starts.
          You pay the carrier who takes on the transfer directly; the carrier provides the accepted payment methods and the invoice. VipiGo does not collect payments from passengers.
          The carrier sets the cancellation terms and informs you when taking on your request. Cancellations made before the carrier's confirmation are free of charge.
          No. VipiGo charges passengers nothing; the platform is funded by the subscription fees paid by carriers.
          Per vehicle. The estimated price covers the whole vehicle; the number of passengers (up to 5 in a Vito, 7 in a Sprinter) does not change it.
          Add your flight number to the request and the carrier will track your landing time and adjust the pick-up. Waiting conditions are confirmed by the carrier.
          Before the trip the carrier sends you the driver, vehicle and meeting-point details; pick-up is usually at the arrivals exit. Keep your phone on after landing.
          Let us or the carrier know as soon as possible via WhatsApp or e-mail with your reference number; the transfer is rescheduled. Any extra charge is announced by the carrier in advance.
          Yes. Write the stops and addresses in the notes; the price is updated for the route.
          Choose how many child seats you need in the form; the carrier confirms availability.
          Yes. Choose 'Hourly hire' in the form and set the duration — ideal for city tours, business days or day trips.
          No. By law smoking is not allowed in commercial passenger vehicles; on long journeys you can ask for a break.
