We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. Your transfer request is shared only with the carrier who will handle it.

Security Measures

• All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
• Forms are protected by a security check that blocks forged requests (CSRF protection) and by a rate limit against misuse.
• Database access credentials are kept on the server, outside publicly accessible directories.
• Access to personal data is limited to authorised persons only.
• Servers and software are kept up to date and backed up regularly.

Data Breach

If we become aware that your personal data has been unlawfully obtained by others, we will notify you as soon as possible and the Personal Data Protection Board within 72 hours at the latest, under Article 12 of the Law.

Carriers

The carrier who takes on your request must use the information passed to it only to carry out the transfer and must protect it; this obligation is set out in the Carrier Subscription Agreement we conclude with carriers. The carrier is a separate data controller for the data it processes.

Children

The platform is not intended for persons under 18 to create transfer requests on their own. Requests for persons under 18 must be created by a parent or guardian.

Third-party links on the site such as WhatsApp are subject to the respective companies' own privacy policies.

The fare calculator map images are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers. Address searches and points you select on the map are processed via our server; your IP address is not shared with external services for these searches.
