Terms that apply to passengers and visitors using the VipiGo platform.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone (“User”) who uses the vipigo.com.tr site and platform (“Platform”) operated by [İşletme sahibinin adı soyadı] — VipiGo Software and IT Services (“VipiGo”).
As an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, VipiGo operates a software platform that forwards passengers' transfer requests to Carriers. VipiGo does not provide transport, is not a party to the transport contract and does not collect payments from passengers.
The transport contract is concluded directly between the Passenger and the Carrier. Price, payment method, cancellation terms, invoicing and the safe performance of the transport are the Carrier's responsibility.
Prices and currency equivalents shown on the site are estimates and for information only. The binding price is the one the Carrier gives the Passenger before the journey starts.
VipiGo checks the D2 authorization certificate, vehicle details and compulsory insurance of Carriers subscribing to the Platform at registration, and suspends the Carrier's access if it learns that the documents are no longer valid. This check does not remove the Carrier's legal responsibility arising from the transport service.
VipiGo operates the Platform with reasonable care; however, it is not liable for the performance of the Transport Service, the Carrier's fault or payment and cancellation disputes between the Carrier and the Passenger, and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Platform. These provisions do not limit VipiGo's liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 Art. 115) or consumers' rights under mandatory law.
The software, design, text, logo and brand elements on the site belong to or are licensed by VipiGo; they may not be copied or used without permission.
Information on the processing of your personal data is set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
VipiGo may update these terms. The current text applies to requests created after its publication on this page.
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Users who are consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits set each year under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and to the consumer court for disputes exceeding these limits. For other disputes, the İzmir courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
