VipiGo Software and IT Services is a sole proprietorship based in İzmir. It does not provide transport; it develops and operates the software that connects passengers with carriers holding a legal authorization certificate. The platform's revenue model is the subscription fee paid by carriers; passengers are not charged.
Only carriers holding a D2 authorization certificate can subscribe to the platform; their documents are checked at registration.

Every carrier providing service on the platform must hold a D2 authorization certificate under Road Transport Law No. 4925.
The D2 authorization certificate is issued by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and permits non-scheduled domestic passenger transport. Individuals and companies carrying passengers commercially must hold this certificate.
The D2 authorization certificate and vehicles registered under it; vehicle inspection; compulsory traffic insurance and compulsory seat personal accident insurance; drivers' SRC and psychotechnical certificates. VipiGo checks these documents at registration; legal responsibility for the transport service lies with the carrier.
