How to Apply

Prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

  • Email to [email protected] from the address registered in our system or with a secure electronic or mobile signature
  • Registered electronic mail (KEP)
  • Wet-signed petition delivered by hand or via a notary to [Açık adres], İzmir

Information the Application Must Include

  • Full name and, for written applications, signature
  • For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality and passport or ID number
  • Residential or business address for notification
  • Email address and phone number for notification
  • Subject of the request

Where we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional information. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
